Thank you so much for ensuring we had a beautiful and personal funeral for my mum. I thought we had to go with a cremation, even though that’s not what mum wanted. Frances explained that we had choices and need not be rushed. She gently guided us through the various options, and after a church service, mum was buried in a beautiful nature reserve. We can later plant a tree there in her memory. Everyone commented on how grateful they were that such a sad occasion was handled with dignity and sensitivity. Thank you again.

Frances did an outstanding job in planning and delivering the tribute for our mother’s funeral. At our first meeting, she gently asked all the right questions to draw together a fitting tribute. I was very impressed that she replied to emails even late at night to incorporate multiple changes to the tribute and make sure we had the exact right version of the music and poems we requested. The result could not have been better. We received a lot of positive feedback from friends and relatives at the funeral who all agreed it was a moving service and that our mother was given a worthy farewell.
