Dear Frances, Thank you so much for your calm, efficient and sympathetic handling of our sister Janet’s funeral. It was a great comfort to know that you were in tune with the way we wanted it to happen and were just there all the time, supporting us with thoughtful kindnesses. You were marvellous.
